What can I do now that we were not able to do a year ago?

Coronavirus has transformed and reformed several industries throughout the world, including global education. This transformation has both positive and negative consequences, as many things we can accomplish now that we couldn't do a year before (before this pandemic).

Many occupations that were formerly thought to be unsuitable for remote work are now doing so. We, as instructors, educate online using technologies such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. We used to teach face-to-face in classrooms, but today we sit from home performing our jobs and providing our lessons. We used to attend several seminars and training to develop our abilities in addition to teaching; now we attend them online, and the themes of these workshops change. One issue, for example, used to be "how to engage students in group work in classrooms," but now it's "how to engage them in online learning."

Apart from what I've already stated, I've learnt a lot of new things, including how to change priorities, which has helped me create my educational philosophy, how to see things from a different perspective, and how to think outside the box. My interests have switched from focusing about academics to serious concerns about my pupils' mental and emotional well-being, especially when they are under stress as a result of a sudden, drastic upheaval in their life.

Learning online has its benefits and drawbacks, but I believe that it has provided me with numerous opportunities. For the previous two years (prior to the Corona virus), attending TD classes was mandatory, and the time for beginning lectures was in the evening, which was inconvenient for most students, particularly those who worked evenings, and I was unable to register at that time. So, studying online facilitates my life by allowing me to work at any time of day or night, and if I am not accessible during the lecture, I can go back to the recordings and repeat them for a better comprehension at any time.
